THE BEGINNING OF YOGYAM
Having moved to Canada in 2009, Vineeta has been sharing her wealth of Yogic knowledge she carries with her from the eastern part of the world. Settling in Nova Scotia, Acharaya Vineeta is the founder of YogYam, a therapeutic yoga method & practice which promotes healing & deepening of one’s level of self-awareness through yogic science.
In 2014, Vineeta launched her Yoga Teacher Training program in Sydney, NS. She offers therapeutic Yoga classes in Sydney for local residents and Cancer Hospital patients.
